Conclusions of the Twentieth Session of the High Level Committee on Management’s Procurement Network (HLCM PN), WTO, Geneva, 22-24 March 2017. The Session included updates from the Working Groups on Harmonisation, Professional Development, Strategic Vendor Management and Sustainable Procurement as well as a status report on the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) and the projects on Collaborative Procurement of Vehicles, UNGM Strategic Enhancement, Collaborative Procurement of High Value Commodities, Collaborative Freight Forwarding and Update of the UN Procurement Practitioner’s Handbook.
This report summarizes discussions held on: the state of the world; the future of multilateralism; and the reform of the United Nations development system. The Board also endorsed the reports of the Board's Committees: HLCM (33rd session), HLCP (33rd session) and UNDG, (22 February 2017 meeting), as well as the United Nations system strategic approach on climate change action and the United Nations system leadership framework.

Conclusions of the Eighth Session of the High Level Committee on Management’s Procurement Network (HLCM PN), Geneva, 22-24 September 2010. The Session included updates from the Working Groups on Harmonisation, Professionalisation, Supplier Access, Sustainable Procurement and Vendor Management as well as status reports on the UNCCS Project. Other topics discussed were the Sharing of Practices and the Joint Inspection UNIT (JIU) Procurement Review.
Joint session of the FB Network and the HLCM Task Force on Accounting Standards; Approval of IPSAS matters finalized in the Task Force meeting; Disclosure of information contained in Internal Audit Reports; and Contribution of the FB Network to the HLCM proposal for the harmonization of UN system-wide business practices.
The present report was prepared in order to provide the substantive session of the Economic and Social Council for 1993 with up-to-date information on the results of the ACC’s consideration of issues - such as the coordination of humanitarian assistance and the follow-up to the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development - currently before the Council and to inform the session of the outcome of the ACC’s review of its own functioning and methods of work, which was completed at the first regular meeting of ACC in April 1993.
The present report covers the work carried out by the Administrative Committee on Coordination (ACC) and its subsidiary bodies in 1994, and endeavours to highlight policy issues requiring attention by Governments and by concerned intergovernmental bodies.
During the year, ACC kept under review ongoing reform processes in the United Nations system and adopted a Joint Statement on reform and strengthening of the United Nations system.
