noted that, as reported in 2001, due to the filling of the bulk of the field security officer positions during the first half of 2002, UNSECOORD expenditures were expected to exceed the budgeted level in both 2002 and 2003. The actual expenditures relating to the operation would be reported in the context of the budget performance report for the biennium 2002-2003. On the basis of that report, adjustments would be made to the level of the cost shares of the participating organizations, as appropriate;
