ACC statement on universal access to basic communication and information services

At the Fifty-second session of the General Assembly, the Secretary-General, in his capacity as Chairman of the Administrative Committee on Coordination, transmitted  the statement on universal access to basic communication and information services, adopted by the Committee at its session in April 1977, with a view to seeking the endorsement of the Assembly.
