The first regular session of 2026 of the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination (CEB), chaired by the Secretary-General, was held in Tokyo, on 19 and 20 May 2026.
The session consisted of three segments, on the following themes: (a) state of the world; (b) megatrends transforming the world; and (c) UN80 Initiative. The Board also received a lunch presentation on the launch of the United Nations Human Rights Group.
