The DTN Spring Session in Valencia identified three immediate system-wide priorities for coordinated follow-up: the development of a shared UN-wide AI baseline; the strengthening of enterprise governance, cybersecurity, and trust frameworks for AI adoption; and the establishment of a common assessment framework for digital hubs, data sovereignty, and strategic dependency risks linked to critical digital infrastructure. Discussions underscored that advancing these priorities will require a more operational model of collaboration grounded in shared standards, practical governance tools, reusable implementation assets, and differentiated support for agencies operating at varying levels of maturity and institutional capacity.
